Most of our funding for our Bourse Jackie programs come from foundations, public and private that, like Caravan to Class, have a passionate interest in seeing deserving young women from West Africa realize their dreams. An introduction or referral of our work to connections you might have with potential donor-foundations always significantly increases the chances of a funding that leads directly to providing additional scholarships. Caravan to Class has two separate programs under our Bourse Jackie female scholarship initiatives: The Bourse Jackie University Scholarships provided to five young women annually from the four Timbuktu high schools and Bourse Jackie English Language Scholarships provided annually to ten young women from French-speaking African countries.
